As a company, we do not offer refunds on any products once sold. Each VGlame product is handcrafted with a personal touch.
However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You can exchange a product for a different product or for the same product in a bigger or smaller size.
- If the desired size for exchange is not in stock, we will issue a credit note.
- Eligibility for Size Exchange: Notify us strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
- Exchange Window: All exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Exchange Process:
- Submit your exchange request via email, mobile number, or our website within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note for the total item amount will be issued, valid for 180 days.
Production & Dispatch Timelines
All our outfits are handcrafted, so please allow 15-20 working days for dispatch for both domestic and international orders.
During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be delayed by an additional 10-15 days.
We will notify you via email, message, or WhatsApp if such delays occur.
